Annual software plan
KES 15,000 per year covers the GymGrid software used to manage memberships, check-ins, payments, staff workflows, attendance, and reporting.
The annual plan is intended for gyms that want a cleaner operating system without manual follow-up, spreadsheet tracking, or disconnected records.
What is included
- membership plan setup and renewal tracking;
- member attendance and check-in workflows;
- payment recording and operational reporting;
- staff access and day-to-day management tools; and
- member communication and reminder support.
Optional biometric setup
If you want biometric access or check-in hardware, that is quoted separately from the software subscription.

You only need this add-on if your gym wants biometric entry or attendance devices. GymGrid can still support QR and phone-based workflows without it.
