These terms apply when you use gymgrid.co.ke, its public landing pages, demo forms, and other publicly available website features. By continuing to use those services, you agree to follow these terms.
These website terms are not the full agreement for a paid GymGrid subscription. Customers may receive an order form, service agreement, support policy, data terms, or other commercial documents that take priority for the paid service.
Permitted website use
You may use the site to learn about GymGrid, review our product information, contact our team, and request a demonstration for legitimate business purposes.
You must not
- submit false, misleading, unlawful, or abusive information;
- attempt to access restricted systems, accounts, or data;
- introduce malicious code, overload the site, or interfere with normal operation;
- scrape, copy, or republish substantial parts of the site without permission; or
- use the website in a way that infringes another person’s rights or Kenyan law.
We may restrict access where we reasonably believe the site is being misused.
Demo requests and communications
When you submit a demo or contact form, you authorise GymGrid to respond using the details you provide. We may contact you by phone, email, or a messaging service such as WhatsApp to answer questions, arrange a demonstration, and discuss onboarding.
A demo, quotation, or sales conversation is informational and does not create a binding customer relationship on its own. A subscription begins only when the relevant commercial agreement or order is accepted.
Intellectual property
The GymGrid name, logos, interface previews, website design, text, graphics, product descriptions, and other materials are owned by GymGrid or used under licence. You may view them for personal or internal business evaluation, but you may not sell, modify, reproduce, or present them as your own without written permission.
Any third-party names and trademarks displayed on the site remain the property of their respective owners.
Third-party services and links
Our website may link to or rely on third-party hosting, analytics, mapping, communications, payment, or social platforms. Those services are controlled by their providers and may have their own terms and privacy notices.
We do not guarantee the availability, accuracy, or security of an external website simply because it is linked from GymGrid.
